MY YONI EGG IS STUCK

DON’T PANIC!!!

A good way of preventing this from happening is to always thread the egg with string before use. If the string breaks, however, it may feel as if the egg is stuck.

The egg cannot travel past your cervix, so don’t sweat and don’t panic. It will come out!

Relax and breath. You can squat down to help expel the egg and also use clean fingers inside your vagina to hook the egg and pull it out. The more relaxed you are, the easier it will be.

If this does not work, try squatting or sitting on the toilet and bearing down. Be sure to catch the egg before it falls in the toilet.

As you keep practising, you will learn to expel the egg easily on command.

MY YONI EGG FELL IN THE TOILET!

If you choose to wear the yoni egg for a period of time, try to remember you are wearing it when you go to the bathroom. The egg can easily fall out whilst relieving the bladder or bowel. If it does, check it for cracks and if it’s ok, sterilise it well using lavender oil or tea tree in warm water before using it again.

MY YONI EGG KEEPS FALLING OUT!

This is not unusual when you first start using an egg as this is a whole new area of practice for most of us. If you can’t hold the egg in whilst standing, simply practice whilst lying down or sitting until your muscles have strengthened enough to hold the egg inside. WE RECOMMEND LYING PRACTICES FOR THE FIRST FEW MONTHS

MY YONI EGG FALLS OUT AFTER A FEW HOURS

If you choose to wear your yoni egg over a period of hours, you may find that you keep it inside for some time and then at some point it just falls out. This is totally normal. It just means that your egg has done its work for that day and your body no longer needs it inside.

MY YONI EGG HAS A SCRATCH OR CRACK

Small nonabrasive scratches on the surface of yoni eggs are perfectly safe to use and are common on many crystals. Internal cracks are also common on some stones such as rose quartz. If your egg has large cracks or holes on the outside, it is not safe for internal use. Dropping the stones can cause cracks to form.

MY STRING KEEPS BREAKING

Try doubling it up, or even QUADRUPLING it if you have particularly strong vaginal muscles.

I’VE BROKEN MY YONI EGG

Please look after your egg carefully. Dropping your egg can cause it to crack or break. If you are practising standing up, always put a towel underneath to catch the egg if it falls out. We cannot be responsible for breakages that occur after the egg has been delivered.
