Please be advised that our eggs and wands are made of crystal which can be a delicate material even though it is hard. The natural fault lines in the crystal are weak points. They may not withstand impact even onto soft materials so being dropped onto a bed or a carpet can cause cracks or breakages. Please treat them with care. We are unable to replace or refund any items that are cracked or broken whilst in your care.
