Refunds & Returns

We are unable to accept returns on items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this is the case, please email us at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement/ refund as soon as possible

If an Item is Damaged

Please be advised that our eggs and wands are made of crystal which can be a delicate material even though it is hard. The natural fault lines in the crystal are weak points. They may not withstand impact even onto soft materials so being dropped onto a bed or a carpet can cause cracks or breakages. Please treat them with care. We are unable to replace or refund any items that are cracked or broken whilst in your care.

If an item has not arrived.

If your item hasn’t arrived within 10 working days in the UK, please contact us and we will send a replacement/ issue a refund.

If your item hasn’t arrived within 20 working days internationally, please contact us and we will send a replacement/ issue a refund.
