HOW DO I USE MY YONI WAND?

It can help to do some yoga to get the sexual energy moving in your body.

Spend time touching your entire body. Experiment with different sensations. Our Yoni Wands can be used for a full body massage: try rolling it over different areas of your body. You may also want to heat your wand in warm water first to make your experience extra blissful.

When you are aroused and lubricated, enter your yoni gently with your fingers first. Experiment, play, enjoy. You can use your wand for deep, fulfilling penetration, exploring the deepest regions of your vagina and find pleasure spots and sensations.

Try using the wand to gently stimulate the tip of your cervix. Be very gentle at first. Some women hold a lot of trauma in their cervix. WHY DOES IT HURT?

Women often experience pain in different areas of their vagina for the same reasons as they experience numbness – emotional or physical trauma carried within the vagina. Usually, the numbness comes after the pain and so working in reverse, you may resolve numbness and then feel pain before you can feel pleasure. To resolve pain, we recommend gently massaging the painful area with a finger, a wand or one of our smaller massage wands that can target specific points.
